Litigation

I  have developed both general and specific skills for prosecuting and defending actions filed with the state courts of general jurisdiction in the areas of civil litigation: commercial; real estate; contract; and special remedies. Including but not limited to,  legal research, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparation of witnesses, persuasive writing skills, motion practice, and trial experience.
